Hyperlipidemia Correlation Between Tcm Type And Lipid Ratio Study

Object: This paper systematically reviews and analyzes etiology, pathological changes of hyperlipemia and researches the relativity of 5 ratio value of blood lipids index used for prediction of the related disease such as atherosclerotic, coronary hardening disease and diabetes between of the syndrome differentiations of T.C.M in hyperlipemia.Method: 1.To differentiate the syndromes of 300 cases with hyperlipemia in hospital and to divide them into five groups: phlegm-stagnation-syndrome,spleen-kidney-yang -deficiency-syndrome,liver-kidney-yin-deficiency-syndrome,yin-deficiency-yang-sup fluity-syndrome,qi and blood-stagnation-syndrome.2. To carry out examinations of 5 ratio value composed of 6 indexes of Pantcholesterol(TC),Glycerin trilaurate(TG), High Density lipo protein (HDL-C),Low Density lipoprotein (LDL-C), Apolipoprotein-A, Apolipoprotein-B and analyze and compare with five groups of the syndrome differentiation of T.C.M in hyperlipemia to find out their relativity.Result: To TC/TG, Having statistics relativity compared with liver-kidney-yin-deficiency syndrome group and other groups (P<0.05). To LDL/HDL, Having statistics relativity compared with the spleen-kidney-yang-deficiency syndrome group between yin-deficiency-yang-superfluity syndrome group andphlegm-stagnation-syndrome group (P<0.005) Also having statistics relativity with qi and blood-stagnation-syndrome group and spleen-kidney-yang-deficiency syndrome group (P<0.05).
