Suppression Broth Of Immune Infertility, Immune And Reproductive Endocrine Function

Objective Yiqing recipe was studied out according to the mechanism and symptoms of immune infertility by my graduate teacher, Mohui. It had made anticipative effect through many years of clinic and experimental research. This topic was intend to prove Yiqing recipe influenced the immunity and procreation and incretion by clinical and experimental research of Yiqing recipe treating immune infertility. We felt after its mechanism actively, and thereby supplied for clinical practice some thought and method.Method In experimental study,construct rat models with immune infertility,and observe the changes of plasma AsAb and E₂, P after treatment with Yiqing recipe. In clinical study, 19 patients with immune infertility were selected to be treated with Yiqing recipe. To observe the rate of the positive plasma and cervical AsAb changed into negative and pregnancy, and observe the influence of ovarian function after treatment.Results The experimental study indicated that Yiqing recipe could reduce the plasma AsAb and inhibit its production. At the same time, Yiqing recipe also could increase the plasma E₂, improve the ruction of ovary, further promote pregnancy. The clinical study indicated that the effective rate was 78.9% . At the same time,Yiqing recipe improved the fuction of ovary.Conclusion Yiqing recipe was proved efficient in the clinical practice. It was found to have the function of regulating immunity, improving incretion and regulating nerve-endocrine-immune network by multiple means. Yiqing recipe could inhibit the production of antibody and promote pregnancy.
