Ea Sanyinjiao Clinical Observations, The Normal Delivery Of Maternal Production Process And Uterine Contraction Pain Impact

Objectives:Adoption of Monaural Blinding Procedure and Random Control, it estimates to electric acupuncture Sanyinjiao (SP6) that enable a woman alleviates the childbirth pain and shortens the childbirth time and security of a woman and a fetal ,in order to provide scientific evidence for choosing the best Acupoint's effect .Methods:120 childbirth women divided into three groups of the treatment group treated by electric Acupuncture SP6, the placebo group treated by sham electric acupuncture, the control group. Adoption of Monaural Blinding Procedure and Random Control, it estimates to electric acupuncture Sanyinjiao (SP6) that enhances the childbirth's quality and security of a woman and a baby.The changes of a woman's condition are measured with VAS pain-index and the childbirth pain rank and the childbirth time. This experimentation are observed secondarily flooding, the childbirth's mode, evaluation of the fetal in 1min and 5min by Apgar Grade, amniotic fluid.result:Compared to the control group and the placebo group,at the levels of VAS pain-index and the amount of decrease and the ratio of decrease , the treatment group is better(P<0.05,P<0.01)in the acupuncture 15 min, 30 min and 1hour after acupuncture .In 15 min and 30min, the accumulated score of VAS pain-index for the treatment group was significantly reduced than that before the treatment, with a remarkable difference in Statistic meaning(P<0.01); In the acupuncture 30 min and 1hour after acupuncture, the control group was recreased than that before the treatment(P<0.05); In 3hour after acupuncture, the placebo group was significantly recreased than that before the treatment(P<0.01).The study of the childbirth pain rank showed that three groups have a remarkable difference in Statistic meaning(P<0.01),at 30min and 2hour after acupuncture .VAS pain-index and the childbirth pain rank are reflected the index sign of the subjective symptom in deliver. Statistics above show that acupuncture has better curative effect in the treatment of the childbirth pain than others groups, furthermore the instant analgesic effect of the treatment group.the first childbirth time and overall childbirth time for the treatment group was reduced than the placebo group, with a difference in Statistic meaning(P<0.05),but the treatment group and the control group are not difference in Statistic meaning(P>0.05).The study of the childbirth blooding and evaluation of the fetal in 1min by Apgar Grade showed that three groups have a difference in Statistic meaning(P<0.05,P<0.01).
