Clinical Study Of The The Compound Anisodine Point Injection On Light Damage Repair Retinal Laser Treatment

For decades ,both the injury-defense mechanisms and the drug prevention and cure of the Light-Induced Retinopathy research have been the focal pointsof ophthalmology basical and clinical research, In recent years, more and more evidence shows chronic light-injury plays a important pole in Age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and primary retinitis pigmentosa (RP), and other degenerative diseases of the retina. The first part of this study recalled progress of the Light-Induced Retinopathy including the light source of the light-induced retinopathy ;the influencing factors and the major mechanisms of Molecular biology and the drug treatments of the light-induced Retinopathy and the relationship between the Light-Induced Retinopathy and AMD.In this view I have taken a great emphasis on the the major mechanisms of Molecular biology and the drug treatments. At present it is known to all the major mechanisms of the light-induced retinopathy include at least the following three aspects ,Those are the thermal damage, the mechanical damage and the photochemicaldamage which is the main mechanism of the photochemical injury, The progression of the injury occurs through many biochemistry and molecular biology changes, There were a number of factors which belonging to multi-layers that influence the whole progression. With application of the molecular biology techniques in the study of the light-induced The major mechanisms of the injury have been more and more clear, the apoptosis of the retinal cell now is universally presumed the final mechanism of the photochemical injury,Against the current different mechanisms of apoptosis-injury , more and more drugs have been used in all kinds of basic and linical researaches,such as the neurotrophic factors , anti-oxidants , free radiclemundificants ,glucocorticosteroid,erythropoietin and traditional Chinese medicine,those bring a new page of prevention and cure of the light-induced retinopathy.The second part of the topic is clinical research. Objective : To study the effects of the compound anisodine for the retinal damage after lazer treatment . Methods : Self-double-eye control design.After Laser treatment 24 patients with diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into compound anisodine group (A), Bushen Mingmu pill group (B), Further According eyes compound anisodine group and Bushen Mingmu pill group were divided into four groups, Right eye group received compound anisodine temple injection, Group left eye received vitamin C temple injection, on the basis of the above while Bushen Mingmu pill group have Bushen Mingmu oral pill. 24 hours after Laser treatment medication start,After two months of sustained medication,check 30°to 60°average vision threshold sensitivity and the dark adaptation F-ERG a, b-wave amplitude. Results : After the treatment, 30°to 60°average vision threshold sensitivity and the dark-adapted F-ERG a, b-wave amplitude were significant difference (P <0.01)in compound anisodine right eye group alone and Bushen Mingmu Pill both eyes, Bushen Mingmu pill with compound anisodine in the right eye group received more effect than compound anisodine alone (P <0.05). Conclusion : Laser-induced injury can be repaired by compound anisodine and Bushen Mingmu Pill ,compound anisodine associates Bushen Mingmu pill is more effecter than compound anisodine alone. compound anisodine's injury-repaired mechanism may be related to the improved local microcirculation, and the effects against free radicals and anti-inflammatory, now, the protective mechanisms of compound anisodine with Bushen Mingmu pill still needed further study.
