Gong Mi Eliminate Aerosol Treatment Of Chronic Cervicitis, Cervical Erosion (damp - Heat Syndrome) Clinical Studies

Objective:On the basis ofⅡstage clinical trial, to ascertain the therapeutical effect andsafety of the traditional Chinese medicine "Gongmixiao aerosol" on the chronic cervicitisand cervical erosion (damp invasion of lower energizer).Methods:1.Selected of the target: Fifty-eight cases of chronic cervicitis and cervicalerosion(damp invasion of lower energizer)were chosen.Evaluater-blind, randomized andmasculine medicine comparison trial were performed.They were divided into thetentative group (n=43) and the control group (n=15).The distribution of age, courseof disease, pathogenetic condition were comparable.And the integral of pretherapytraditional Chinese medicine symptoms of the two groups had no significant difference(P＞0.05).2.The grade standard: According to the symptom and pathogenetic condition ofchronic cervicitis and cervical erosion.3.Treatment methods: The patients in the tentative group were given Gongmixiaoaerosol, while in the control group were given Baofukang froth.Colp-administration bythemselves once a day before retiring. Both were used at the third day after menstruationclean, and lasted for fourteen days.The period of treatment containted two menstrualcycles.During the experimental stage, sexual life and demibain were forbad, and thepatients had to stop using drug when the menstruation come across.4.Observation indexes: Principal indexes: the size of cervical erosion surface, thedegree of inflammation; secondary indexes: the integral of traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome penthemeron, colp-clearing grade. The blood routine, urinary routine, stoolroutine, hepatic function, renal function and electrocardiogram of the treatment groupwere examed before and after the treatment.5.Curative effect assessment: Principal curative effect assessment: the size ofcervical erosion surface, the degree of inflammation; secondary curative effectassessment: the integral of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome penthemeron,colp-clearing grade; curative effect assessment standard: according to the size of cervicalerosion surface and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome penthemeron curative effectassessment standard.6. Statistical treatment: The measuement data had been analysed by t test, and the enumeration data been analysed by chi-square test. While the ranked data had been testedby Ridit analysis. P＞0.05 demonstrates no significant difference, P＜0.05 demonstratessignificant difference, P＜0.01 demonstrates highly significant difference.Results: 1.The total effective rate-the size of cervical erosion surface of the tentativegroup was 93.02%, While the total effective of the control group was 93.33%; The totaleffective rate-the TCM symptoms of two group were 100.00%.There were nosignificant difference between these two groups on the clinical effect (P＞0.05), it statedthat the therapeutic efficacy of Gongmixiao aerosol and Baofukang froth were similar.2.Both could significantly depress the integral of dysmenorrheal after the treatment(P＜0.01). It stated that Gongmixiao aerosol and Baofukang froth could evidentlyimprove the symptoms.3.Both could significantly depress the integral of clinical symptom after thetreatment. There was no significant difference between these two groups on thesesymptom's improvement after the treatment (P＞0.05).4.After the correlativity analysis, we find out that the curative effect wasn'tcorrelated with the age.But the condition lighter, course of an illness shorter, curativeeffect was better.5.There was no abnormal changes for the treatment group in blood routine, urinaryroutine, stool routine hepatic function, renal function and electrocardiogram after thetreatment. It indicated that Gongmixiao aerosol had no harmful reaction, and it was safein the course of clinical application.Conclusion: Gongmixiao aerosol could treat chronic cervicitis and cervical erosion(damp invasion of lower energizer) and improve the clinical symptoms.It couldeliminate fever and deprive the evil wetness, discard septic and promote tissueregeneration. It has no harmful reaction, and it is safe in the course of clinical application.
