The Clinical Research On The Therapy Of Chronic Cervicitis (Cervical Erosion) By External Use Saimeian Powder Combining With Differentiation Of Symptoms And Signs For Classification Of Syndrome

Objective: Exploring an effective method of therapy of TCM for chronic cervicitis,to raise recovery rate,decurtate course of treatment,degrade recidivation , and to direct clinical practice.Methods: The 164 patients of chronic cervicitis were divided into two gropes by simple random.The therapy group were treated by external use saimeian powder combining with differentiational of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome.Control group were treated by external use sai meian powder. To observe the curative effect,subjective symptom,an area of cervical erosion,cervicitis degree,Vaginal discharge depuratory coursers of treatment, recurrence rate.Results: The therapy group was good at the curative effect,an area of cervical erosion, cervicitis degree, recurrence rate(P<0.05).The therapy group was good at subjective symptom, course of treatment(P<0.01).The two groups were similar at vaginal discharge depuratory (P>0.05).Every type of syndrome of the therapy group were similar at above-mentioned aspect (P>0.05).In the course of treatment,the two groups have no severe reaction.Conclusions: 1.Therapy of TCM for chronic cervicitis external by use saimeian powder combining with differentiational of symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome is an effective method,it has an extensive application perspective.2.Therapy of TCM for chronic cervicitis can improve the curative effect,decurtate course of treatment,degrade recurrence rate.
