| Chinese Hawthorn is the dry mature fruit of Crataegus Pinnatifide Bge.Var. majcr N.E.Br.or Crataegus Pinnatifide Bge.The main function of it is promoting digestion and invigorating stomach.In these years,there are so many research on the effect of the leaves of Chinese Hawthorn in heart-blood diseases.In this thesis,the chemical constituments of the extracts with 60%ethanol-water from the leaves of Crataegus Pinnatifide Bge.were studied.13 compounds were isolated with silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC,etc.The structures of 10 compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties. They are 2α,3β,19α-trihydroxyl ursolic acid(1),vitexin(2),vitexin-2"-O-rhamnosyl (3),3-O-β-D-galcopyanosyl quercetin(4),3-O-β-D-glucopyanosyl quercetin(5)rutin (6),2,3-dihydro-2-(4'-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3'-methoxy-phenyl)-3-hydroxymethyl-5-(3-hydroxypropyl)-7-methoxybenzofuran(7),β-sitosterol(8),daucosterol(9),3'-O-linole noylglyceryl-l'-O-[6-O-(α-D-galactopyranosyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside](10),3'-O-lino -lenoylglyceryl-2'-O-[6-O-(α-D-galactopyranosyl)-β-D-galactopyranoside](11).Of all these compounds,compound 7,10 were isolated for the first time from Crataegus and compound 11 is a new compound. |
