Purpose: This study is the application of Ginkgo biloba Injection and Shuxuening clinical control, through statistical analysis, to further clarify Ginkgo biloba injection on the stroke of Meridian (cerebral infarction) blood stasis certification of safety and effectiveness, and Disease symptoms of stroke and individual Syndrome symptoms to arrival.Method: In this experiment using a randomized, blind, positive control. Divided into the test group (Ginkgo biloba injection) and the control group (Shuxuening injection) were observed in stroke patients Meridian (infarction) blood stasis card cases 60 cases, 45 cases of the test group (Ginkgo biloba injection Group 45 cases) and the control group (15 cases Shuxuening).Results: Ginkgo biloba drug treatment group and the control group injection drug Shuxuening injection in raising awareness, level gaze, facial paralysis, upper and lower extremity strength, ability to walk and achieved the same effect (P> 0.05). that Ginkgo biloba can improve injection in patients with neurologic impairment symptoms. Improve Syndrome, the drug treatment group than the control group medicine, especially in improving the physical aspects of a headache and numbness was significantly higher (P <0.05).Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba can improve injection in patients with cerebral infarction (stroke, blood stasis Syndrome) symptoms of neurologic impairment of good clinical observation, no significant side effects and adverse reactions; Improve the numbness and two headache has obvious effect.
