Prescription Flavored Yupingfengsan Clinical Study Of Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria Virtual Without A Solid Card

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of proved recipe Yuping Feng San in treating chronic urticaria of Failure of Exterior Qi's consolidation syndrome.Methods:In the clinical observation,according to the rule of single blind,radom and contrast,60 patients were divided into 2 groups:theraputic(n=30)group and control(n=30) group.Theraputic group was treated with proved recipe YupingFeng San;control group was treated with Cetitrizine Hydrochloride.To observe the therapeutic effect,recurrence rate and adverse event rate.Result:(1) Efficacy:the total effective rate was 90%in theraputic group,86.7%in control group.There is no significant difference shown between two groups in the total effective rate(P＞0.05).(2) Recurrence rate:theraputic group's recurrence rate is lower than control group,there is significant difference shown between two groups(P＜0.05).(3) Adverse event rate.:compared to control group,theraputic group's adverse event rate is lower than control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Proved recipe Yuping Feng San and Cetitrizine Hydrochloride both have good therapeutic effect in treating chronic urticaria of Failure of Exterior Qi's consolidation syndrome.But the former is superior to the latter in recurrence rate and adverse event rate.Proved recipe Yuping Feng San is an effective formula in treating chronic urticaria of Exterior Qi's consolidation syndrome.
