Objective: Probe into acupuncture and medicament on the content of SOD,MDA of blood serum and ICAM-1 effect in MCAO Rats ,preliminary analysis shows the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemiaMethods: In this experiment , Used the suture in MCA to establish MCAO ischemia-reperfusing model,The content of SOD,MDA of blood serum were detected with biochemical,s method , Used immunohistochemistry SABC method to investigate the expression of ICAM-1Results: ligustrazine group+acupuncture group can advance the content of SOD ,which can reduce the content of MDA, In the same time, After immunohistochemistry dyeing, Endothelial cells of capillary vessel In brain tissue color up the shade of brown yellow in every group, the expression of ICAM-1 reduces in medicament group and acupuncture group.result of grey level:compare with model group, grey level of medicament group and acupuncture group was increased(P<0.05),then compare with medicament group, grey level of acupuncture group was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion: acupuncture and medicament can obvious advance the content of SOD, which can reduce the content of MDA. In the same time, acupuncture and medicament reduced the expression of ICAM-1, thereby reduce nerve cell,s damnification.
