Primary Nephrotic Syndrome, Urinary Protein, Serum Protein And Serum Lipids And Tcm Syndrome Research

Objective:During this trial we observed 24h urinary protein,serum albumin and serum lipid levels of 98 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome(PNS).Then have a further study to explore the correlation between syndrome patterns and microcosmic differentiation guide line of primary nephrotic syndrome,as well as to explain its formation mechanism,and to provide convenient objective indicators to guide for clinical treatment.Methods:Formulating a unified clinical observations,then collect clinical data of patients.Meanwhile collect 24-hour urine protein,serum albumin and serum lipids and other inspection findings and make diagnosis differentiation in accordance with its standard.As well as have a further analysis of the correlation between syndrome patterns and microcosmic differentiation guide line of primary nephrotic syndrome.Results:1.At edema term of PNS,there are mainly Qi deficiency of lung and kidney,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.But in edema Dissipating period,there are mainly Yin deficiency of liver and kidney,Qi and Yin deficiency.In this study, kidney Qi deficiency pattern was particularly prevalent during these98 patients.And edema in lung and kidney Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is worse.2.The levels of the 24-hour urine protein for every pattern are increased.It is increased significantly in Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney(P＜0.01).3.Serum albumin levels Yin deficiency of liver and kidney increased significantly(P＜0.01), comparison with 24-hour urine protein levels also showed the opposite direction changes.4.Total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein in Yin deficiency of liver and kidney are significantly lower than other patterns.It was statistically significant with other groups(P＜0.01).Conclusion:1.There are specific laws in the distribution of TCM patterns and in the changes of patterns.2.24-hour urine protein,cholesterol,LDL can be used as indicators for Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney during PNS differentiation.3 Serum albumin can be used as a differentiation indicator for Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.
