| Chinese medicine is a clinical subject,the clinical efficacy is the foundation of its existence and development.At present,as a global popularity,pepole attach more importance to survivability and growth of Chinese medicine.Of course,the teaching skills become part of concerns.In addition to teaching the basic theory and clinical therapeutic methods of Chinese medicine,students should be paid attention to cultivate clinical thinking ability in order to be able to practice in the clinical application flexibly. Clinical thinking is an activity of recognition,which doctors use medical theories and experiences to recognize and treat diseases.It does not belong to the scope of academic theory,it is just the way of thinking and the ability based theory.Clinical thinking of Chinese medicine is determined by its parent disciplines,concept of organic wholeness and constant dynamic view are epistemological foundation,syndrome differentiation is the primary ways for medical practice and technology.Diagnostics of Chinese medicine is one of the basic theoretical curriculums,it is a bridge of elementary theroy and clinical subjects,which is the ground of clinical subject skill.Diagnostics of Chinese medicine is the concrete application of Chinese medicine basic theory,basic knowledge and skills,which has the characteristics of theoretical knowledge and actual operation.In accordance with "examination of entirety,synthetic use of all diagnostic methods and syndronme differentiation" principle,according to the clinical performance information collected,we can determine the etiology,location, pathogenesis and pattern of syndrome of disease,providing the evidence for treatment. Therefore,it is a highly practical course,strengthening the clinical training of diagnosis for Chinese medicine students is very important,which can help students to learn and master the knowledge of diagnostics.The experience of great physicians show that only through many repeated practices we can better understand and master the methods of syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine,we can combine the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice to apply the theory to clinical usage.Therefore,in order to enrich the teaching resources of thinking way of Chinese medicine diagnostic,to better cultivate clinical differentiation ideas,it is necessary to set up a virtual training platform for clinical diagnosis(call for short as the virtual training system of the Chinese medicine diagnosis).The development of computer science and technology during recent years provide the possiblity for setting up such a training platform,and the background to support the virtual training system of Chinese medicine diagnosis is the Analysis of information about cases of Chinese Medicine,basic knowledge of Chinese medicine diagnosis,the points of structure knowledge designed in accordance with clinical thinking as well as designing related evaluation methods.In this study,there are two parts,theoretical study and practical study.About the theoretical study,we study from four aspects,the systematic research of Chinese medicine diagnosis,identification of "macro-differentiation" and related concepts, characteristics of eight traditional kinds of differentiation methods,standardization of syndromes and knowledge expression research.About the practical study,we study from two parts,one is to establish the Thesaurus of Chinese medicine diagnosis,the other is to design typical Chinese medicine cases which make full use of the clinical teaching methods,such as problem-based teaching method and way of recovering the context,we also try to explore standardized method of the medical cases.Eventually,we can achieve a typically interactive case-based designing and training evaluation.Expression of differentiation of symptoms and signs in chinese medicine based on clinical methods of dialectical thinking make scientific analysis of a variety of methods and techniques during process of thinking,combined with a typical medical case designed to achieve expression of differentiation of symptoms and signs in chinese medicine.It can explained the value and meaning of clinical methods of dialectical thinking in scientific and innovative ways.Research also specialize in the teaching design,curriculum for the study of Chinese medicine diagnosis of teaching and research, which can provide a theoretical basis and practical guide for the development of Chinese medicine diagnosis,it can build a good foundation for manufacture the virtual training system. |
