| Atherosclerosis(AS) is the basis of a wide range of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and the mechanism of AS had been focus on the study of pathophysiology.The past point has been thromobogenic theory,lipid infiltration theory and response-to-injury hypothesis.At present,inflammatory and immune theory is the hot spot and existing research support the theory. Traditional Chinese Medicines(TCM)have been used to treat AS as its whole effects,and TCM have less toxicity than western medicines,so TCM can be accepted by patients more and more.TCM will attributable HLP and AS to phlegm,blood areas and the blood activation combined with phlegm transformation treatment method is the basis.Up to now much a large number of experimental and clinical research has shown that the bisic treatment can prevent HLP and AS.We study the change of immunological signal of the phlegm-blood-stasis syndrome population in hyperlipidemia/atherosclerosis,furthermore to observe the adjusting effect of the blood activation combined with phlegm transformation treatment method on blood-fat and immunology,accordingly approach the possible mechanisms of traditional Chinese drug on depression blood-fat and prevention and cure atherosclerosis.The methods is to detect subpopulation of monocyte and its surface market of 26 healthy volunteers,and to give the patients drug based on Er Chen Tang combined with danshen,xue zhikang jiaonang two pills one night,detect the level of CHO,TG,HDL,LDL,carotid type-B ultrasonic,subpopulation of monocyte and CD36,CD163,TLR4 on patients.To compare healthy volunteers and patients before treatment their monocyte subsets and surface marker expression level.To compare their own pre-treatment of patients with post-treatment lipid and monocyte subsets and surface marker expression level.The results show that Hyperlipidemia/atherosclerosis in patients with peripheral blood mononuclear cell subsets and surface marker expression levels in healthy volunteers and there was a significant difference.Mo2,the high expression of CD14 subsets increases and Mo3,the low expression of CD14subsets reduces.CD163 in the Mo1,Mo2,Mo3 subgroup of three sets of expression were increased with statistical significance.CD36 in the Mol,Mo2 subgroup increases the expression level and the subgroup Mo3 expression levels reduces.TLR4 in the Mol subgroup reduces the expression level and in the Mo2,Mo3 subgroup expression level reduces.The use of blood activation combined with phlegm transformation treatment method can regulate the differences.The proportion of Monocyte Mo2 subgroup is lower than pre-treatment and the proportion of Monocyte Mo3 subgroup is higher.CD36 subpopulations in the three groups have lower expression levels, and changes in the level of Mo3 reached statistical significance.Mo3 subgroups in the CD163 expression level lower than before.TLR4 expression level in Mo1 slightly is higher than that before treatment,and in Mo2,Mo3 subgroup decreases expression levels,and there are statistically significant.But there is no obvious changes in lipid levels.Conclusions are as follows:There exists immune-related changes in hyperlipidemia/AS in patients.Traditional Chinese drug based on the blood activation combined with phlegm transformation and detoxication treatment method can adjust this changes,and this role reflects earlier than the changes of lipid and hemorrheology. |
