We estimate the quality of the medcine using the fingerprint spectra. This method is a simple extraction method. HPLC can be used to enable the majority of the chemical constituents to get a better separation. The data shows that the method has good stability,reproducibility and feasibility. This method provide evidence and identification for the quality control of the medcine.Determination of berberine in Phellodendron berberine content of major components. The method is accurate,good stability.
