Purpose:Use the eye needle to treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome model in rats,observation for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome's treatment of rats,determinate the changes of serum and intestinal rat tissue content of NO and NOS,to provide experimental basis for that eye needle treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome's mechanism.Material and method:Put the 60 healthy male rats of SPF level divided into four groups with randomly,divided into blank control group,model control group, western medicine group,eye acupuncture group.Combined with the use of chronic restraint stress animal model of IBS method,cycle of 18 days to accept:(1) Cold water swimming(2) Folder tail(3) Ban water(4) Fasting(5) Electric shock(6) Wen me, Six different stress,3 times the average of each stimulus,at the same time every day to give the 30%chloral hydrate(3ml/kg) Narcotic,bound the shoulder,former upper limb and chest with the belt of paper,show efforts to limit their head and face,time bound for one hour,total 18 days.After the success of model, control group and model control group of rats fed with normal saline every day, a total of 7 days;Eye acupuncture group use the horizontal needling:xiajiao qu,Large intestine qu,Liver qu,Spleen qu,inserting the needle with 3mm,needle left 20 minutes,swirling and rotating 3 times during the stay-pin,1 minutes each time.12h every ist acupuncture treatment,acupuncture 7 days;Western medicine treatment group used the Pinaverium bromide(France Solvay Pharmaceuticals),preparation the distilled water into suspension with 1mg/ml, test-dose studies of laboratory animals in accordance with the "equivalent dose" is calculated,daily oral administration of 15mg/kg,a total of 7 days.Results:1.NO content of Serum:Blank control group,western medicine group,eye acupuncture group compared with the model control group P＜0.05;NOS content of serum:Comparison between the Blank control group,eye acupuncture group and western medicine group P＞0.05.2.NO content of intestinal tissue:Blank control group,western medicine group and eye acupuncture group compared with the model control group P＜0.05;NOS content of intestinal tissue:Comparison between the Blank control group,eye acupuncture group and western medicine group P＞0.05.Conclusion:1.The NO and NOS content in serum of Model rat was increased,needle eye treatment could reduce the content of NO and NOS in plasma of the model rat.2.The NO and NOS content in colonic mucosa of Model rat was increased,needle eye treatment could reduce the content of NO and NOS in colonic mucosa of the model rat...
