Analysis Of Only Bone Hyperplasia Pill And Clinical Efficacy Of Sodium Hyaluronate In The Treatment Of Osteoarthritis Of The Knee

Purpose: To explore the clinical efficacy of Chinese and Western treatment in the cure of osteoarthritis of knee.Method: Select 160 outpatient cases and randomly divided into two groups. Thetest adopts new bone hyperplasia pills for oral and injection of sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injections for the treatment. The control uses sodium hyaluronate injection into the articular cavity for the treatment.Results: Average follow-up for eight months, according to the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine for the diagnosis of disease and syndrome curative standard and Michel Lequesne knee osteoarthritis severity rating criteria, the test clinical cure 15 cases, powerfully 42 cases ,effective 16 cases, invalid 7 cases. The effective rate is 91.25%; The control clinical cure 3 cases, powerfully 12 cases ,effective 29 cases, invalid 36 cases. The effective rate is 55.0%; Before and after the treatment the two groups on knee functional score compare P<0.05, there are significant difference in statistics.Conclusion: The use of Chinese and Western treatment for osteoarthritis of knee is exactly effect ,worthy of use.
