| Objective:The chronic soft tissue injury is a kind high prealence disease of the world, the major reasons are various acut and chronic injury and strain. The chronic soft tissue injury has a seriously influence on people's health and normal life quality. Because of the changes of life style, the increasing pressure of work, the incidence rate of the chronic soft tissue injury stay at a high level, and has the tendency which rises year by year. The chronic soft tissue injury becomes a big difficult problem of the world medical arena, the World Health Organization lists the chronic soft tissue injury with cancer and cardio/cerebrovascular disease as the three important difficult and complicated cases.This research choose the rabbit with the third lumbar vertebrae transverse process syndrome as experimental subject, use acupotomy lysis(AL) and electroacupunture(EA) as two compared methods. To observe the change of Collagenâ… and related metabolism enzyme in muscle tissuehomogenate in rabbit with the third lumbar vertebrae transverse process syndrome, and study the therapeutic mechanism of acupotomy lysis.Methods:30 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, acupotomy lysis(AL) group, electroacupunture(EA) group and AL+EA group. The model in rabbits with the third lumbar vertebrae transverse process syndrome was established by inserting a piece of gelatin sponge into the posterior of the left 3rd lumbar vertebrae transverse process. AL group and EA group are used acupotomy lysis and EA therapy applied to "Wei Zhong"of both sides, while AL+EA group used the two treatments. Col-I, MMP-1, MMP-2 and TIMP-1, TIMP-2 contents in muscle tissuehomogenate in rabbits were tested by Double Sandwich enzyme-linked immunoab sorbant assay (ELISA) technology on day 28.Methods:30 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, acupotomy lysis(AL) group, electroacupunture(EA) group and AL+EA group. The change of matrix metalloproteinases inhibitorsIn model group, TIMP-1 contents in muscle tissuehomogenate were increased significantly than normal while (P<0.01); there were no statistically significant differences between AL group, EA group, AL+EA group and normal group (P> 0.05); the contents in AL group, EA group, AL+EA group were increased significantly than model group (P<0.05)In model group, TIMP-2 contents in muscle tissuehomogenate were increased significantly than normal while (P<0.01); there were no statistically significant differences between AL group, EA group, AL+EA group and normal group (P> 0.05); there were no statistically significant differences between AL group, EA group and model group (P<0.05); the contents in AL+EA group were increased significantly than model group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupotomy lysis can regulate the contents of Col-I, MMPs and TIMPs in muscle tissuehomogenate, to maintain the dynamic balance between recombinant and degradation of ECM. |
