Sfi Fluid In Vitro Study, Proliferation And Apoptosis Of C26 Cells In Mice

1 ObjectiveTo explore effect of serum containing drug of ShenQiFuZheng injection on cell multiplication, apoptosis and cell cycle of colon adenocarcinoma 26 cell.2 Methods2.1 Making serum containing drug of ShenQiFuZheng injectionTwenty male wistar rates are divided into Group-1 and Group-2. Group-1 are injected through caudal vein with ShenQiFuZheng injection twice a day and five times in total. Group-2 are injected with 0.9%NaCl solution instead of ShenQiFuZheng injection and others are the same. All the rates'blood are collected from abdominal aorta and then serum are Separated, filtratd with 0.22um filter membrane, preserved in-80℃freezer. Collected serum are divided drug serum and no-drug serum.2.2 Treating cellsResearches are divided into experimental group and control group. In experimental group, colon adenocarcinoma 26 cells are treated with drug serum and in control group no-drug serum is used instead of drug serum.2.3 Detecting resultsTreated colon adenocarcinoma 26 cells are detected with FCM and other instruments. Observe effect on serum containing drug of ShenQiFuZheng injection on cell multiplication, apoptosis and cell cycle of colon adenocarcinoma 26 cell.3 results3.1 ShenQiFuZheng injection can inhibit multiplication of colon adenocarcinoma 26 cell obviously.3.2 ShenQiFuZheng injection can induce apoptosis of colon adenocarcinoma 26 cell.3.3 ShenQiFuZheng injection can affect cell cycle of colon adenocarcinoma 26 cell.4 ConclusionsShenQiFuZheng injection can inhibit multiplication and induce apoptosis of colon adenocarcinoma 26 cell, and this maybe has some connection with its blocking on cell cycle.
