| Purpose: Lumbar disc herniation based on low back pain as the main clinical manifestations of common diseases is a common disease and frequently-occurring disease of orthopedics, modern medicine has been recognized by the majority of low back pain associated with sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation, and lumbar intervertebral disc hernia treatment in general is divided into surgery and conservative treatment. Although surgery can cure lumbar disc herniation, but the risks were relatively large, and its cost of treatment compared with conservative treatment in terms of high, from the point of view of clinical observation, surgical treatment of lumbar disc disease prognosis and the prognosis of conservative treatment methods differ Hardly.herefore, conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patients with a large number of the first treatment. Chinese medicine treatment is the way in which the majority of patients generally accepted. In this paper, clinical symptoms, signs and other aspects of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Professor Liu Bailing of the two-ten step method to observe the massage therapy to explore the two-ten step method massage therapy and blood stasis lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy for future clinical therapy reference and scientific basis.Method: In accordance with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2008 to January 2010 during the explicitly diagnosed as blood stasis of lumbar disc herniation 70 cases hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 35 cases with two-ten step method massage therapy, the control group 35 cases treated with traction to observe the two kinds of treatment methods for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation after the signs, symptoms change, analysis of their clinical efficacy.Result: Treatment group: 5 cases cured accounted for 14.29%, effective in 20 cases accounted for 57.14%, accounting for 25.71% improvement in 9 cases, ineffective in 1 accounted for 2.86%, with a total effective rate 97.14%. The control group: three cases of recovery accounted for 8.57%, effective in 11 cases accounted for 31.43%, improved in 16 cases accounted for 45.71%, ineffective in 5 cases accounted for 14.29%, the total effective rate 85.71%. The treatment group compared with the traction and efficiency in the cure rate, there was significant difference in the treatment group and efficient in the cure rate was significantly higher than that on the traction group; in improving symptoms and quality of life and traction in the treatment group also had significantly differences in the treatment group used in the treatment group than the traction improve patient symptoms and quality of life better. Conclusion: two-ten step method of lumbar disc herniation massage therapy has a certain clinical efficacy, their approach can loosen intervertebral disc and nerve root adhesion, reduce or lift the disc on the nerve root compression, improve local blood circulation.two-ten step method of lumbar disc herniation massage therapy has a good effect, it is worth further study and promotion. |
