| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation three step six massage and traditional massage. Methods: 70 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 18 cases of the treatment group of 35 cases of treatment group: male subjects, 17 female subjects were, 25-60 years of age, age average 44+0.75;19 cases in the control group, the male subjects and women by subjects in 16 cases, aged 25-60 years, average 46+0.25 years old. After statistics processing; both in terms of sex and age(P>0.05) had no significant difference, so the feasible clinical study; treatment group was treated with "three step six", the control group used the traditional massage method(Fifth Edition "massage" Shanghai science and Technology Press of the first edition in October 1985 January 2014 thirty-ninth, compared to the treatment of printing) 10 days and 20 days after the results of two groups of patients. Results: after the treatment in the two groups, according to the JOA score in twentieth times after treatment, treatment group: 26.74 control group: 24.09 + 1.559 + 2.605, P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant difference; according to the VAS standard for evaluation in 20 after treatment, the treatment group 1 the control group was 1.80 + 0.686, + 0.833, P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant difference; comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment, the treatment group of 35 cases and 33 cases were cured, 2 cases were cured, Effective cases, invalid 0 cases, total markedly the rate of 100%, the treatment to improve the rate of 87.37%; control group respectively, 17 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, effective in 4 cases, 1 case was ineffective, total markedly rate was 85.71%, treatment to improve the rate to 70.77%. The results indicate that the three step six massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation with improvement rate was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05). Indicated in the clinical treatment of lumbar protrusion of the intervertebral disc, "Liufa" treatment of lumbar disc herniation is superior to the traditional treatment group. Conclusions: "three step six manipulation" comparable to improve lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in patients with symptoms, signs and pain scores and traditional massage therapy in the first cycle of treatment, but after the second cycle of treatment treatment effect is obviously superior to the traditional group. |
