Purpose:The subject of clinical study aims to observe the " The theory of consolidating and fostering body resistence " to treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome (yang deficiency of spleen and kidney) of the clinical efficacy and to explore its mechanism.Method:60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome (yang deficiency of spleen and kidney) of the patients,according to visiting randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases,the treatment group were strengthening the economy and tuina therapy,oral medicine control group.Both groups were recorded before and after treatment fatigue scale-14 (FS-14) points and the symptom score,to assess the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the treatment group compared with the control group achieved good results,total effective rate was 93.33% in the control group the total effective rate was 90.00%. Statistically,the two have significant differences (P =0.00<0.05),shows the treatment group than the control group,both groups before and after treatment were improved Syndrome,the treatment group than the control group (all the symptoms of P <0.05),fatigue score in the treatment group than the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Use consolidating and fostering body resistence to treat of chronic fatigue syndrome (yang deficiency of spleen and kidney) safe and effective with no side effects, easily accepted by patients,can significantly improve patient fatigue and improve quality of life,worthy of promotion.
