Clinical Observation Of Sini Decoction Cake Moxibustion In Treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Of Yang Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Sini Tang cake moxibustion on chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.MethodsSixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Sini soup cake moxibustion,and the control group was treated with ginger moxibustion.Both groups received treatment once a day.Five days a week is a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.Select the chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score scale,fatigue rating scale,fatigue scale-14(physical fatigue,mental fatigue)as evaluation indicators,complete the scale score before and after treatment,and use SPSS 25.0 software to analyze the data Statistical analysis and evaluation of curative effect.Results1.Baseline situationBefore treatment,the two groups of patients had no statistical differences in age,gender,course of disease,chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score,fatigue rating scale score,fatigue scale 14 score,physical fatigue and mental fatigue(P>0.05),indicating that the baselines are comparable.2.Clinical efficacyAfter treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.66%,but it was 80.00%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).3.Observation indicatorsIntra-group comparison: Compared with before treatment,the two groups of patients had significant differences in changes in chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score,fatigue rating scale score,fatigue scale-14 score,physical fatigue score and mental fatigue score after treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between groups: Statistical analysis showed that the chronic fatigue syndrome symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The fatigue rating scale score,fatigue scale-14 score,physical fatigue score,brain power of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01);the improvement values of the two groups after treatment were compared between the groups.According to statistical analysis,the improvement values of chronic fatigue syndrome symptom scores and physical fatigue scores of the treatment group were compared with those of the control group were difference(P<0.05),the improvement of fatigue rating scale,the improvement of fatigue scale-14,and the improvement of mental fatigue score were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.01).4.Safety EvaluationThere is no serious adverse events occurred in the two groups.The treatment safety of the two groups was good,and the safety comparison was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionSini Decoction Cake Moxibustion is effective,safe and feasible in treating chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.
