| Objective:1. To investigate pharmacodynatics of Yijing Recipe .2. To explore the mechanism of Yijing Recipe by determining Bcl-2/Bax protein expression and the death rate of spermatid of animal model.Methods:The experiment adopt rats with a fertility level of SPF healthy adult male Wister rats which were 72, 1.5-month-old, body weight (180±20) g.These rats were randomly divided into six groups, each group 12 rats, that is, model group, large, medium and small dose group and blank control group, positive control group. The other groups irrigate the stomach with the adenine according to 50 mg/100g/d dosage for 10 days until the model was success except the control group. After modeling, each dose group began Yijing Fang decoction of gavage treatment. The blank group of normal feeding, without any treatment. Positive control group irrigate the stomach with Guilingji(chinese patent medicine).Continuous administration of 48 days .The general state of drinking water and diet of rats were observed during the experiment. All rats were killed after the end of experiment, Removal of the testicles, gonads and accessory sex gland to weigh. Detection of each group of animals Bcl-2/Bax protein expression and apoptosis of spermatogenic cells, as well as the pathological observation of testicular histology.Results:1.compared with the blank control group, model control group rats testicular germ cell apoptosis was clear, Bax protein expression increased and Bcl-2 protein expression reduced.2.Bcl-2/Bax protein expression measurement results: After the end of the experiment with the model control group at all dose groups Bcl-2 protein expression was significantly improved. Compared with the model control group of large, medium-dose treatment group Bax protein expression were significantly reduced, while the low-dose treatment groups was not significantly different (p>0.05).3.Testicular germ cell apoptosis results: After the end of the experiment with the model control group in all dose groups of testicular germ cell apoptosis has been significantly improved.4.After "Yijing Recipe" ,Kidney Yang Deficiency weak fine after treatment, infertility azoospermia rat model of testicular and accessory gland damage to a certain degree of recovery.Conclusion:1."Yijing Recipe"can increase the quality of testicular and accessory gland, so that spermatogenic improving the environment. Little weak on the treatment of azoospermia with good results. having a good effect On the treatment of the infertile.2. " Yijing Recipe ", a method for adenine infertile infertility rat model of Bcl-2 protein expression in testicular germ cell effect, and on the Bax protein in testicular germ cells was inhibited.3.
