As for my related research about the subject of 'The Yi-ology of Confucius', its method is comprehensive studying, which in need of combining the new archaeological discoveries with the inherited documents. Then, the ideal to be aimed at is to find out the external chances and individual basis of the formation of the Confucius' Yi-ology, analyzing its internal academic approach, and assessing its historical position in order to track its occurrence as well as development on the basis of clarifying its contents, features and essence. Through investigation, eventually, I have arrived at the following conclusions:(â… ) From the chapter Yao in the silk manuscript:First of all, Confucius had realized that the contents of Yi included two types of divination and Deyi, or three kinds of Zan, Numbers and De. And its function was prediction and education, to learn Yi should convert to De and come to the situation of Renyi on the basis of comprehending Zan and Numbers. Then the purpose of learning Yi was regarded as to pursue and achieve Dexing and Renyi. Secondarily, the features are its own inherent transcendent and the fundamental changing of interpretation methods. The former is mainly showed on the transcendent of phase in the developing process of Confucian Yi-ology, the distinction between gentleman's Yi and folk Yi, and the inherent elevation by the method of same way but the different destinations, and the like. The later is said that self-consciously emphasize on the Deyi on the basis of the compatibility of De and Shi in the process of interpreting Yi. In this way, the interpreted method of Confucius about Yi had the dual features with the unitary and pluralistic coexisting, and finally realized the unity between teleology and methodology. Finally, affirming human as the dominator's self-determination ability on the basis of humanistic self-consciousness is its essence.(â…¡) The age's background of Confucian Yi-ology's appearing was mainly embodied in four aspects, i.e., the enormous changing of social environment, the ethos'transition of humanist rationality, the traditional changing of Yi's interpretation and the traditional value of divination, which are the external reasons of Confucian Yi-ology's formulation. As for the traditional value of divination was mainly manifested in the functions of checking doubt and laying down their instructions by the spirit-like way of Heaven, the function of advancing in virtue and cultivating all the sphere of duty, as well as the value of ceremony culture, etc.. What's more, the divination, as a kind of decision-making tool, which was the important part of ancient rites. So, its value of ceremony culture in the traditional society ought to be paid more attention to. Meanwhile, our research about the individual factors of Confucian Yi-ology's production, which mainly included the thought's background of emphasizing on human beings'power but despising God's strength, the coherence and variability of Confucianism, and the historical chance of'the major enjoyed Yi when he was old'.(â…¢) From the perspective of hermeneutic, the Confucian Yi/-ology's formation has itself internal logic, which mainly depended on the concreteness and abstractness of annotated text, the guidance and selectivity of annotator's idea, and the face-to-face contact between annotator and text, as well as the self-conscious using of the consistently interpretative method. Among them, the face-to-face contact between annotator and text was the historical chance of Confucian Yi-ology's formation. Then, the coherence of Confucian thought and the changing of his attitude to Yi was a critical essence. Therefore, there was the advent of Confucian Yi-ology.(â…£) As far as Confucianism is concerned, the Confucian Yi-ology is an inherited summary to before, but it's a pioneering innovation to the subsequent history. Then in terms of its position in the Yi history, he definitely put forward a principle which underlined the importance of De and Yi in the course of interpreting Yi. Ultimately, he realized the changing of interpretation way on Yi, and established the multiplex developing way of Yi-ology.To sum up, the Yi-ology of Confucius, which emphasized on the De and Yi, revealed human beings'value and importance, is a mutual-function outcome of diverse factors encounter with each other in the era. And its content is extremely abundant, so, Confucius' Yi-ology has a great significance and far-reaching influence.
