Group Sandplay Intervention Study On Child Behavior Problems

Sandplay is one of the most popular psychotherapy techniques,and mainly applies in individual therapy. Recently sandplay has developed quickly in our country. In order to well apply the sandplay therapy to the school paychoeducation work, our experiment is aimed at testifing the possibility of group sandplay; exploring the basic mode under school enviornment; well promoting the development of sandplay technique, and examing the intervenation effect of group sandplay to problem children.The results show:1, Group sandplay is able to promote the active transformation of problem children. We apply Conners Scale to those problem children before and after experiment , and found the difference significant. The sandplay of problem children changed actively. After eight group sanplay interventions, the sandplay themes of most problem children have changed from hurting to healing.2, Individual-oriented group sanplay technique can effectively apply to the school psychoeducation work. And the group sandplay possesses both therapy and education effect.
