Preliminary The Beijing Accordion Development History

The main purpose of this thesis is to expounded the accordion history of Beijing form accordion pieces, accordion education, accordion groups , musicians of Beijing, cultural exchanges and performances. Beijing, as a national cultural center, it's development history also is a microcosm of all the country.The full text is constituted of the preamble and four chapters, the preamble narrates the emergence of accordion and the history it came to China, The first chapter is devoted accordion's early development in China and the spread of Beijing accordion art after the establishment of New China, the early time included Russian musicians, Shanghai Accordion music and music activities in Revolutionary Base, after the establishment of New China it narrates mainly on the army's impact to Beijing accordion art and accordion pieces. The second chapter describes accordion music in Cultural Revolution period, including its historical background, the particularity of accordion development, and representative pieces. The third chapter describes the accordion art in new period, including the development of professional and amateur accordion institutional, Accordion groups and foreign exchanges, accordion competitions. The fourth Chapter summarized and described some development trends of Beijing accordion, including accordion manufacturing, compose works, teaching and other style of music.
