The Evolution And Enlightenment, From The Utilitarian To The Theory Of Justice

Utilitarianism and Justice were the two important ethical theories on the history of capitalist development .Utilitarianism arose in the early period of market economy of capitalism–the period of Free competition ,Justice appeareed in a comparatively more mature period of the capitalist market economy—the period of state monopoly capitalism.This paper try to find out some clues from the development of the evolution of ethics from Utilitarian to Justice,those clues will give us some inspirations of how to achieve social justice in the market economy of china .Text logically divided into three parts.the first expatiates the Utilitarianism historical development (Including theoretical background and the social and historical background )and theoretical difficulties simply;the second section expatiates the evolution of ethics from the Utilitarianism to Justice.The third part expatiates the transcendence from Utilitarianism to Justice and the imspiration about how to resolve sicial justice issues in our country.
