What's more, the emotional intelligence of junior middle school students is changed quickly. They can get healthier characteristic by emotional intelligence fostering. Now, the study of emotional intelligence in our country becomes more and more important. But according to literatures the study of emotional intelligence has some questions, However, from present references, the researches of emotions and intelligence also exist many problems such as confusion of concepts, weak availability of testimonial research and so on. So,the study on the structure and developmental of junior middle school students'emotional intelligence, self-plaiting the"junior middle school students'emotional intelligence Questionnaire''and survey are very important.With most of all conclusions , this self-plaiting"junior middle school students'emotional intelligence Questionnaire"was made by interviewing and surveying the present conditions,the objector is 559 junior middle school students in three schools of Tianjin. Moreover, building the structure equation model can help us learning junior middle school students'emotional intelligence better. And this research offers data and theory support for the improvement of latter study.The findings of this research shows:1,Through the items analyzing and factor analyzing,we get the"junior middle school students'emotional intelligence Questionnaire''of good reliability and validity.2,Through the factor analyzing of"junior middle school students'emotional intelligence Questionnaire'',we build the structure model of junior middle school students'emotional intelligence,the agreement figure is good. It is identical of conceptualized emotional intelligence structure and the degree of Questionnaire. It is improved that the divide according to emotional intelligence theory is reasonable.3,The study with the specific characteristic of junior middle school students'emotional intelligence provides essential foundations on the study of emotional intelligence and talent cultivating. |
