Students Of Family Cohesion, Professional Values ​​and Self-harmonious Relationship Study

The study intended to examine the basic feature of the family intimacy, work value, self consistency and congruence of the undergraduate, and if there were significant gender, grade, major or the family origination differences on them. Then to make sure whether we could forecast the self consistency and congruence or not through the family intimacy and work value, and explore the indirect predictive influence of the work value.800 undergraduates were adopt in this study with random cluster sampling, and were investigated with FACES II-CV complied by Fei Lipeng, work value questionnaire complied by Jin Shenghua, SCCS complied by Wang Dengfeng. The results indicated that:(1) There are the significant differences in the family intimacy of different gender, grades .But no differences exits in the family intimacy of different major and the family origination. The female affection contacted with the family member is better than the male. Between the grade differences, the fresher got the highest scores, but the sophomore got the lowest ones.(2)There were the significant differences in the work value of different genders, grades, majors, family originations and family types. The female pay more attention to the family vindication, achievement realization, interests, morality, foreground of the occupation, and material benefits factors. The arts pay more attention to the factors of achievement realization, interests, morality, foreground, material benefits than the science. The fresher pay more attention to achievement realization and social promoted than the other. The third year is a transition period of the work value. The student from the country stressed the family vindication than the ones from the city in work values.(3)There were significant differences in the self consistency and congruence of different genders, majors, grades and family types, but no difference exist in the different family originations. There were differences in the self consistency and congruence, the flexibility and rigidity of the difference genders. Significant grade and family types differences exist in the total factors of the self consistency and congruence. (4)The family intimacy closely related to mostly dimensions of the work values. At the same time, it also has the negative correlation with the dimensions of the self consistence and congruence except the flexibility. Partial dimensions of the work values have the positive correlation with the flexibility.(5)The family intimacy and several dimensions of the work values could forecast the self consistence and congruence. And the indirect predictive influence of the work value existed.
