At present,researches of teacher-student relationship and fellowship mainly concentrate on the primary or middle school students.Only a few of them focus on the college student,and we seldom see any of them are about the normal college student.Furthermore,among most of the researches,teacher-student relationship and fellowship are often treated as independent variables,such as their influence on the school adaption and social adaption.Based on Berne's transactional analysis,this study will explore and analyze the influence of normal college students' life position on their teacher-student relationship and fellowship.A composite questionnaire,including Life Position Scale,Teacher-student Relationship Questionnaire.and Fellowship Questionnaire,was administrated for 520 sophomore students from Fuyang Normal College.This study contains two sub-studies.In the first study,by using AMOS and SPSS,the validity and reliability of the three scales are tested to be favorable.In Study Two,by means of variance analysis,we found that,there are significant variance on the teacher-student relationship and fellowship among the four life positions.(1) The present situation of normal college students' life position is that Position of I-U- is the most available,accounting for 34.7%;Position of I+U+ is the second one,accounting for 34.7%; Position of I-U+ and Position of I+U- are less available,accounting for 17.0%and 18.9% respectively.(2) Students of Position of I+U+ are more likely to form close and endorsed teacher-student relationship and fellowship than those of other three life positions,moreover, they are satisfied with these relations.(3) Students of Position of I-U_ withdraw easily,so they are less likely to form positive teacher-student relationship and fellowship than those of other three life positions,they even never collide with teachers and peer.(4) Students of Position of I+U- seldom trust others,therefore they are less likely to form positive teacher-student relationship and fellowship than those of other three life positions.(5) Students of Position of I-U+ trust others,therefore they are more likely to form positive teacher-student relationship and fellowship than those of other two life positions(Position of I+U- and Position of I-U-).
