In this paper, the application of assessment methods in China's civil service examinations for recruiting talents has been studied objectively. With the ranks of the national civil service applicants each year is gradually increasing, how to get the suitable and competent incumbents has also become an important topic. In this regards, there are still a lot of problems exist in our country:single methods of assessment, shortage of professional talents, lagged theoretical research, relatively weak measurement technology, which make this study become a must.Based on China's civil service examination system and personnel evaluation methods, this paper specifically addressed the problems exsiting in the application. By drawing on domestic and international relevant theory and practice of recruitment of personnel quality evaluation and examination, the author builts the framework of talent assessment methodology application, standardized the application methods, thereby attempting to establish a scientific, reasonable, comprehensive, and unified talent assessment system, promote the stable development of the civil service and eventually enhance our government's public administration and public services capacity and level.
