With Chinese economic and social development and social members of the rapid improvement of living standards and improved health status, adjusting the retirement age issue has aroused widespread concern, especially for female civil servants to discuss retirement issues, becoming a hotspot.After the founding of New China, China's civil service retirement system retirement age of female civil servants in particular the policy after several adjustments, but the adjustment relative to the significant lag in terms of social and ecological environment. The current compulsory retirement age of female civil servants not only much lower than male civil servants, but also lower than the actual age of retirement-age policy, obviously incompatible with the current level of development of society is not conducive to our goal of building a socialist harmonious society to achieve. Civil service retirement age of women in Western countries, the policies and related regulations provide us with many useful lessons.In this paper, public administration, political science theories and methods for the civil service retirement age of women in economic globalization and market economy against the background of deepening reforms in our country, put forward a plan, step by step to extend the compulsory retirement age of female civil servants , the retirement age between men and women such as the proposed measures. These proposed measures is not only feasible, but also for resolving the many problems caused by the civil service retirement age has a positive meaning.
