Early reading is very important to preschool for their all aspects developing, it is significant in the world, already get universal attention more, including our country. Though early reading research in our country started late, but now, also gained abundant achievements. These achievements include early reading value research, early reading materials research, early reading characteristics research, parent-child reading research, early reading trends research, early reading teaching strategy research, involving aspects of research is more extensive. Research method is diversiform, such as literature analysis, observation research, experimental research, survey research also have been widely used. Throughout these studies, it is can be found that the study on early childhood reading are more focused on the current situation of early reading, and it is short on reading comprehension research.Early reading is a process, in the process, preschool use their experience background contact reading text materials, organize and deconstruct text materials after construct them, so, it is a worthy problem of concerning how preschool understand the text materials.Based on preschool early reading, I studied the reading understanding problems, using questionnaire survey, interviews, observation, literature analysis and other methods, aims to understand the current state of children's reading, observe children's reading behavior, investigate preschool reading psychology, analysis how to understand reading materials, what reading strategies have been used, means what are the children's reading comprehension strategy.Full text composed of 5 chapters, chapter 1 part is the introduction section, explains the cause of selected topic and the research purpose, from significance of preschool reading, expounds the necessity and the research topic, and the significance of the origin of this study itself. Chapter 2 part for literature review, defines related concepts first, such as reading, early reading, learning strategies, reading comprehension, then summarizes the research of reading comprehension in our country and abroad respectively. Chapter 3 part for study design, expounds the research objective, the research content, research methods. Chapter 4 part is the key of this paper, mainly use the Chi-square test methods, the subjects were compared 500 preschool children in the grade and gender, on these reading comprehension strategies. And interviews and characterize the qualitative research methods used, got a conclusion eventually:1. There are age characteristics in children reading comprehension.2. Children can understand the reading contents related to their own lives.3. Children can realize the theme of reading materials.4. There are individual differences in children reading comprehension.Put forward some research proposals:1. It is need for children to improve the capacity of recognizing the text.2. Early reading understanding ability should be promoted based on a variety of ways.3. Children emotional experience should be increased.4. Provide children interesting reading text.5. With multi-faceted commitment to early reading.The characteristic of this research is a large number of samples been selected, with chi-square methods, test the difference of early reading, in order to understand differences in early preschool reading, how to enhance ability for preschool to solve problems and spirit question bravely, make preschool to promote reading comprehension strategies strengthen the effect of early reading in childhood.
