Migrant children are a special group that generated from our economic transformation process. With a large number of migrant children coming into the city, it not only poses a serious challenge to the local government, but also causes tremendous pressure to the local education. Education for migrant children is already an objective fact, but also an urgent problem that cannot be avoided and needs to be solved. Government has already put more efforts into policy improvements, and most migrant children are able to study in public schools. However, the rural culture these migrant children represent is different from urban culture represented by urban children, thus there are many differences exited in the ways of thinking, behavior, and communication between two groups of children. Under the influence of these factors, there are a lot of migrant children feeling "inferior" when interacting with urban children. There is a certain sense of inferiority, discriminated, and hostility towards urban children among migrant children. And migrant children interact mostly with "homogeneous" group. It is well know that human interaction is necessary to the survival and development of each individual. Young students are at their early stage of socialization, and they gradually increase their dependence for their peer groups. Studies have shown that children’s peer relationships affect their learning efficiency, physical and mental health along with social interaction. The problems between migrant children and urban children group will affect them in adapting to school life and further into urban society. Thus, we must face the problem of helping the merging of migrant children and urban children through education combination.This paper is divided into five parts. The preface introduces research background, research significance, research status and the innovation parts of this article. The first chapter explains the development process of migrate children in public primary schools, as well as migrant children’s enrollment in public elementary schools in the achievement of education equality, protection of basic education quality of migrant children and improvement of the quality aspects. The second chapter introduces the significance of companion of integrated education in urban and rural areas to promote cultural communication, multicultural education and other aspects, and discusses the four theoretical guidances for this study. The third chapter makes a related investigation to city Y based on theory in five aspects:interpersonal status of migrant children from campus, the school system on the status of companion integrated education, penetration companion integrated education in the school education, companies around integration development of school-based and school-based training conditions to promote the use of peer support integration of school education. Chapter four based on the status quo investigation finds problems such as instructors’ guidance biases, deliberately education activities, lacking of targeting for mental health programs program, and lacking of support beyond campus, and tries to discover reasons in aspects such as the competence of school, cultural construction and the quality of teaching staff. In the fifth chapter, the paper reasonable draws foreign experiences and proposes impose improvement strategies suited to the actual. And it raises suggestions in aspects from the value orientation policy, teacher education force improvement, to special courses carrying, and campus culture building.
