With China’s reform and opening up gradually in-depth, economy, culture,social undertakings and so on various aspects have been better, including faster,and correspondingly, the wave of education are developing in the following, stepby step toward specialization, internationalization and rapid development, allkinds of private education institutions arises at the historic moment. With theconstant improvement of the national requirements for citizen quality, countriescontinue to increase investment in education career, largely promote thedevelopment of the private education institutions in China., of course, thedevelopment of private education institutions can’t depart from the support ofstate and government, governments at all levels in China have made it clear thatto vigorously support the development of private education institutions, encourageto donate, encouraging Banks and other financial institutions to provide creditsupport for private education institutions, encourage outstanding graduateself-employment education and so on, these support, for the development of privateeducation institutions provide a good policy environment. The development ofprivate education for the country save the expenses, increase the employment,broaden the employment channels, enrich the teaching forms, increase the varietyof teaching and education of the people’s growing diversification demand, hasbecome an indispensable part of education in China. However, as the quantity ofthe private education institution, the competition between schools have alsobecome more intense, for private education institutions, how to keep themselvesin a torrent of competition advantages, enhance core competitiveness, create theirown cultural brand, also become the private education institutions accordinglymanagers need to constantly research and improvement.This article is based on the established in October2006M school in theprocess of growing industry facing pressure, such as its own developmentdifficulties as the research of the researchers at home and abroad for reference,the competitive advantage to the school, the core competitiveness, on the basisof research results, based on the profile M school organizations, industry status, enterprise culture, innovation of marketing system, are studied, which constitutea M core competitiveness of the school, try using the enterprise life cycle theory,porter five model, customer experience management theory, through the SWOTanalysis, the methods of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis,build the core competitiveness of private education institutions components, andthrough cultural brand construction further enhance core competitiveness inschool.
