An Investigation On The Present Situation Of PE Teachers' Occupation In Junior Middle Schools In Northern Jiangsu And Southern Jiangsu Province

With the rapid development of our economy, the state government and people are increasely aware of the significance of education with the long-term development of the country. Eighteen government’s report proposed:education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress. China still have big rural population, so rural education directly determines the quality of education of the whole nation, the country is also more and more attention to the development of rural education. For our country, national student physique of middle schools and primary schools have been linked 26 years, countries are also aware of this serious problem,because the youth is the future, do not have strong physique how to strong our country. The chairman Xi Jinxing attaches great importance to the school sports,organize national school sports work conference, put forward suggestions for development of football.Economic development in Jiangsu province is always in the first group, the education development is also in the forefront of the country. But, the situations of economic development in Northern Jiangsu and Southern Jiangsu have a huge gap.Southern Jiangsu area belongs to the Yangtze River Delta region, one of the most developed area.Its economic strength is very strong, and the government also attaches great importance to education,so the education investment is very abundant, the educational facilities are more perfect. But the northern Jiangsu area develop slowly,because of geography and other reasons, which lead to the education and the shortage of funds directly.As the study, in the light of junior high school physical education teachers from southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu towns, using the questionnaire survey method, interview method, literature method, mathematical statistics method, understand their occupation analysis, and put forward their own views and suggestions.Through the survey we found the following conclusions:junior high school physical education teachers in northern Jiangsu towns and southern Jiangsu towns have problems on the sex structure equipment,restrict the overall development of the school sports; junior high school physical education teachres in local towns overall title distribution compared to the average, but southern Jiangsu of high professional title is far higher than the proportion of northern Jiangsu area;the opportunity to receive training are less, mainly concentrated in the county; the income gap between two township physical education teachers is too big,their other works can not be included in the work.; the local government is not powerful enough to support school sports,and the situation in the office conditions, sports equipment, facilities and other aspects are not ideal, especially in northern Jiangsu area is more serious; teachers can not get fair treatment in evaluation, lead their work enthusiasm.On the problems described above, I put forward the following opinions:all levels of education department should improve the understading of school sports;to improve both areas teachers’ wages,especially to increase the northern Jiangsu area support; to ensure fair treatment in examination; increase train opportunies and ensure train quality to improve their research ability; increase town physical education teachers appropriately, especially the number of female;rural junior high school physical education teachers should also have a firm will,active learning, keep their work full of enthusiasm and creativity, complete the mission perfectly.
