With the development of education training industry and training schools, the teaching ability of the training school teachers has been concerned by the managers, the teachers, the students and the parents of the students. However, the teachers’ training has encountered the following difficulties: lack of professional leading, lack of the consideration on the differences of the stages of the teachers’ teaching ability, lack of the consideration on the reality of the training schools’ classes and lack of systematic training contents. In order to solve the above problems, a new method of teachers’ training should be put forward, which is based on the reality of training schools, divided into stages and with a consideration on the difference of each stage.Besides, the diversities of the courses of training schools and the specialties of the teachers make the construction of the teaching ability of the training school teachers a special. As a result, the training of teachers should be with different aims and contents on different stages.In the research, the Four-stage School-based Teaching Ability Training is put forward and put into practice in Yunnan Henderson Foreign Languages Training School, in order to provide a new thought for the teachers’ training of training schools.
