The basic training stage is the initial stage of the whole process training for many years.The whole process training of many years consists of four stages: 1.Basic training stage 2.Special improvement stage,3.Best competition stage 4.Competitive maintenance stage.Whether it is scientific,systematic,and comprehensive in the process of the basic training stage or not,it has important factors for the athlete's future performance of improving sports grades and prolonging the sports life.To develop interest in sports of the initial training task,Zhang Yu does grasp the sensitive period of various physical development,comprehensively strengthen physical fitness training,develop coordinated,balanced,and flexible capabilities,and focus on developing explosive force and speed of movement and grasp multiple sports skills and develop hard-working and hard-fighting quality of will.According to Zhang Yu's growth and development characteristics,the load characteristics will be step-by-step,appropriately increase in load and load intensity and training content and means are effective.Thus she achieved a good training effect.Through the study of Zhang Yu's basic training stage from 2011 to2014,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The initial age of Zhang Yu's basic training period is 12 years old.She trained for 4 years.It is divided into 4 different stages: the first stage is to cultivate interest in developing good behavioral habits;the second stage is learning to train stage;the third stage is training for training stage;and the fourth stage is training for competition stage.Each stage of training tasks is different from cultivating objectives.(2)The main task of Zhang Yu's basic training stage is to learn to master special sports skills and to develop all kinds of physical qualities in sensitive periods.(3)The characteristics of the sports load in Zhang Yu's basic training stage are gradual and progressive,showing an increase year by year.According to Zhang Yu's age,training years,growth and development,training status,and psychological characteristics,the training load and the training content and means of each stage are suitable for Zhang Yu's actual state training level which increase Zhang Yu's kinds of ability.(4)Zhang Yu's changes in body shape and function,and the increase in athletic performance are in line with the growth patterns of teenagers.Physiological and biochemical indicators are consistent with the arrangement of load and load intensity during training.According to the research on the basic training stage,the following suggestions are made:(1)In addition to the emphasis on the development of the frequency of movement,the basic training stage should also pay more attention to the economic and practical effectiveness of athletes' running movements.(2)More attention should be paid to the ideological education of the athletes during the basic training of the youth,and the awareness of the athletes “I will train rather than I have to practice” should be cultivated,and the interest should be achieved in the special projects they are engaged in.(3)During the training,monitoring physiological and biochemical indicators can objectively and truly reflect the physical condition.It is necessary to select the indicators that meet their specific requirements for monitoring training,specify the functional properties of load and load intensity,and reasonably coordinate the exercise load.
