Research purposeAs a anti-campaign, Step back is a simple popular exercise. In a lot of gait study, Including of the gait of the normal walk, the gait of persons with disabilities ,but the study of the gait of step back is not discovered,To the fitness theory of step back, the study has followed the regularity of the discharge of waist erector spinae and the distinction of gait in step back and step forword, It will provide a theoretical basis and some suggestions for the modern who have stepped back. Research methodThe research methods mainly adopt documentation and observation. The main laboratory instrument is multi-channels biological electricity records analysis system which is made in Germany, the Japanese Matsushita M9000 cameras (25-frame/s), Multifunctional run dais .Step back and forward is separately tested for 30 general crowds ,The data processing uses the software of SPSS11.0 Statistics, to calculate average (Mean), standard deviation (SD), and pared- samples T test. Research results1.Through the analysis of EMG, the integral of waist erector spinae is greater in step back, it improves erector spinae internal coordination, increases erector spinae activity and accelerates local blood circulation, it is helped for good health .2.The angle of trunk and level of step back is smaller than one of step forward, It clears the center of gravity of step back is more former (referring to the consistent campaign direction with step back ), which requires upper body behind, waist muscle tension in order to maintain body balance, and it will mobilize more waist movement units to participate in activities, accelerate local blood circulation and promotehealth.3.The sway scope of head and trunk is greater in step forward, stability of head and trunk is better in step back, and upper body is stable.4.Knee joint angle minimum of step back is smaller than one of step forward , It remains the pucker of calf is large, The calf raised is the result of thigh back muscles activities, it is helpful to the train of thigh muscles ,leg muscle strength improved will force some impact for waist and even the whole body because the leg muscles to maintain good posture in the physical mechanics play an important role. Strong leg muscles strength can effectively share the burden of waist.5.In the moment of leave terra, angle of ankle joints is bigger in step back than in step forward ,the angle of the foot and level of step back is great, Therefore angle of power of foot to ground and level is smaller, assumption two video, the same power of foot backward and below, in step back , the power of backward level is greater , and thus power of forward level is greater ,the power of knee joint and ankle joint is smaller, it reduces knee joint and ankle joint injury.6.1n the instant of the leave terra of the rear foot, the angle of calf and ground is greater in step back than one of step forward, it remains the fold of calf is inadequate at this time, the thigh lift is lower, and the center of gravity fluctuations is smaller, and better stability. Conclusionl. The angle of trunk and level of step back is smaller than one of step forward, the integral of waist erector spinae is greater in step back, it increases activity of waist erector spinae, improves erector spinae internal coherence and accelerates local blood circulation, it is helped for good health.2.The sway scope of head and trunk is greater in step forward, stability of head and trunk is better in step back, and upper body is stable.3.The scope of hip-bone, knee and ankle joints activities are greater in step back;In instant of heel (needle) leave (touch) ground , apiece joint flex and extend muscle of crura participate effectively in activities...
