Successful or not of the innovation of teacher appraisal is not only related to the improvement of the whole teachers' quality , but also the improvement of students and high quality of talent's culture . It also is one of the key factors whether the course innovation can carry out successfully or not . But impersonally , in our country ,teacher appraisal system at present still has many problems to be solved quickly . With the practice of the new course , we should make great progress no matter in target, function of appraisal , or in content, main body , standard and method of appraisal etc .
