The 21st century takes the intelligence achievement as the characteristic intangible asset. How much the intangible asset a country possesses represents the comprehensive national power, indicates the level on economy, science, technology and management. The college as the base of training social talented people and scientific research show the pivotal status in the development of Chinese social economy. In the practical operation, many problems existing in the intangible asset management, and already aroused high attention from the people.This article focuses on discussing the intangible asset management in Lianyungang Teachers College. Based on data envelopment analysis DEA (Date Envelopment Analysis) and the description of the status of Lianyungang College intangible assets, analyzes the actual mode and a series of problems occurred in intangible asset management of Lianyungang Teachers College, and main focus on evaluating the effectiveness of the intangible asset management on the research results, the teachers structure and the personnel distribution. Based on the DEA model, obtain the results, and give the improvement on the input and the output of the intangible asset management in Lianyungang Teachers College.The innovation of the article: application the DEA model, variety of indicators portfolio of intangible assets input and outputs of Lianyungang Teachers College, and make effective evaluation. Through the establishment of model analysis solution, based on an analysis of the results, proposes the effective improvement management of intangible assets in Lianyungang Teachers College.
