Reading-teaching concerns students life-long learning and development, however, for a long period, the low efficiency in reading-teaching has been puzzling the teachers.Various kinds of reading reforms have been carried out since the new curriculum; among them, the connection of the dialogue concept with chinese teaching, that is, the reading-teaching by dialogue, is exemplary. Now, this new teaching concept is accepted by most learners and teachers, and considerable progress has been achieved. But as a new concept, there certainly exist some problems in practising and connecting. In this paper, the content and key points in implementing the reading-teaching by dialogue are put forward.The paper is presented as five sections:The first section is on the dialogue nature and in the language of teaching reading in the meaning. Explain the dialogue concept and expounded the theory of real dialogue, then explain its teaching in the language to read the meaning.The second section is the content points in implementing the the reading-teaching by dialogue. The reading-teaching by dialogue aims at promoting students self-construction and development by using four forms, the dialogue between the students and texts, the dialogue between the students and the teachers, the dialogue between the students and students,the dialogue between the students and themselves.The third section is on the change from explanation to dialogue, the change of chinese teaching concept. Explain the new idea and the importance of the reading-teaching by dialogue from two aspects-the change of basic ideas and the nature and control of teaching-learning.The fourth section is about the long-standing mistaken ideas in carrying out the reading-teaching by dialogue. Analyse the mistaken ideas, and face the problems in order to develop deeply.The fifth section is the key points in implementing the the reading-teaching by dialogue, which is the main body of the paper. For teaching reading in the dialogue mistakes.The key points in carrying out the the reading-teaching by dialogue are put forward from the angle of teaching process. So that teachers can more clearly in the teaching of reading how to engage in dialogue.
