In the oil and petrochemical related enterprises for crude oil extraction,oil refining and transportation,sewage treatment process,due to underground operations,improper transport and tank settlement and other reasons,so that China's annual production of millions of tons of oil sludge.These oily sludge contains a lot of oil and toxic heavy metals and other ingredients,and accompanied by stenchy smell,direct contact with nature will seriously pollute the soil,air and water quality,and then expand the deteriorating areas of pollution pollution of human health areas.At the same time,a large number of crude oil resources also caused a waste.Therefore,for the nature of the source of oil sludge for a comprehensive and effective management and recycling without delay.Based on the study of the characteristics of environmental protection,energy saving and resource utilization,this paper puts forward the treatment technology of oil sludge sludge oil circulation hot water washing and oil distillation separation technology,After the oil-bearing sludge to meet the processing standards.Aiming at the oil sludge in a certain oil field,the light oil cleaning liquid with stable recyclable property is selected,and the experimental scheme is designed based on this.After a specific analysis of the oily sludge,the use of light oil circulation hot wash oil sludge method for several indoor experimental study.According to the above results,the optimum conditions for cleaning the oil sludge with the best light oil(temperature,time,liquid-solid ratio,etc.)and cleaning the sludge test were carried out.The results showed that the repeated drying of the light oil could effectively remove the oil Mud in the crude oil,so that after treatment of sludge oil content dropped to very low.According to the composition characteristics of the separated oil and the emulsifying mechanism,the waste oil was distilled and dehydrated.On the basis of further simulation experiments,the key technologies such as the feasibility of dehydration of waste oil,the process parameters of dehydration and the control of dewatering and bruising were studied in detail,and the influencing factors of the effect of heating and distilling oil were analyzed.Light oil for recycling.Finally,the optimal process parameters of the decontamination of the dewatered oil are optimized and the structural scheme of the main structure of the oil sludge sludge is installed,and the pipeline and equipment with specific requirements in the installation are stipulated.Which provides suggestions and reference for the comprehensive treatment of oily sludge,and provides valuable experimental basis and experience for the next large-scale industrial processing.
