| Nowadays, open architecture CNC systems are becoming one of the most important directions of CNC technology. The research purpose of open CNC system is to build a modular, reconfigurable and expendable architecture of CNC systems to improve the system's flexibility, and enable the systems to be re-developed. As a result, CNC systems can be responsive to the market quickly and economically. The birth and application of open CNC system raised the development of CNC technique to a higher level.Through the analysis of the structure of the open CNC system, combining with practical teaching, the scheme based on PC and motion controller is bring forward, hardware structure of master-slave is built, in which PC acts as master computer and motion controller acts as slave one. Analyzing the structure and function of the open CNC system and the special motion control chip MCX314, the communication between master and slave one is realized by ISA-Bus technology. Subsequently, software function of the system is batted around, the theory of MDI(Multi-Document Interface) of it's software system is dissected, and communication interface is developed. Now, the system is used in teaching of CNC experiment.The CNC system synthesizes a great deal of technique, so it offers amplitude research and development space. The thesis brings forward the prospect of some relative technique in the end. |
