Phenylethanoid Glycosides are the most important component part of Cistanche Tubulosa, has a wide range of physical activity, can be used in protective food. The subject main studys on extraction, purification and microencapsulation of Cistanche Tubulosa cultivated in XinJiang. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Phenylethanoid glycosides extraction methods.Thress methods were seclected by ethanol extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction. its conclusions are:①The single factor experiments orthogonal test to determine the ethanol extraction of the best process parameters:concentration of 80% ethanol, liquid ratio 1:14, extration temperature 50℃, extration twicethe extration time is 3.5h,1.5h.The gross yield was of 19.10%.②The single factor experiments orthogonal test to determine the ultrasonic extraction of the best process parameters:concentration of 80% ethanol, liquid ratio 1:16, extration temperature 60℃, extration twice, the extration time is 40mins, extration power 180w. The gross yeild was 20.01%.③The single factor experiments orthogonal test to determine the microwave extraction of the best process parameters:concentration of 70% ethanol, liquid ratio 1:16, extration twice, the extration time is 1.5 mins, extration power 200w. The gross yeild was 21.76%.(2) The purification and DPPH free radicals resistance of Phenylethanoid glycosides. The results show that:the time required for the adsorption of 9h; dynamic adsorption process, the adsorption rate was 2.0BV/h. Desorption of ethanol concentration of 80%, desorption flow rate of 2.0BV/h, then desorption ratio of PhGs reached 91.05%. Antioxidant test shows that PhGs with good resistance to DPPH free radicals. The clearance is 76.87%.(3) Spray drying method was used in microencapsulation of Phenylethanoid glycosides. Optimal conditions and parameters:the best ratio of wall material (Arabic gum:β-cyclodextrin) is 1:1, core material and wall material ratio is 1:10, air-intake temperature is 180℃, solid content is 20%.
