Study On The Hot Runner Technology About The Former Shell Of Flat Panel TV

With the rapid development of the automobile and electrical appliances industry, the hot runner technology has been widely used,and it has solved many problems which the traditional cold runner injection molding technology can not solve.Due to the complexity of control process in hot runner technology,this technology and application have become a research focus at home and abroad.The development trend of the hot runner technology,the theory,the key technology and the significance of hot runner sequence control technology will be introduced in detail. According to the theory of the plastic melt's flowing in the injection molding process,the melt polymer's filling changes in the cavity are studied and make the reasonable process of the numerical simulation.Besides, the three plans of flowing simulation analysis in the former shell of thin-walled plate television were carried out by Moldflow,which include the cool runner, the hot runner and the hot runner sequence control.Through the comparison of experimental results,the hot runner sequence control technology is better than the cold runner skill,and it can effectively solve the problems about high sheart rate and too obvious weld lines.While the highest shear rate was reduced from initial plan's 40128 1/s to 26838 1/s and the weld lines was moved to not obvious location,The maximum inlet pressure was reduced from initial plan's 69.05Mpa to 63.34 Mpa,the maximum clamp force was reduced from 102.1t to 68.65t.Finally,in view of the fact that weld line's influence on the plastic parts's appearance quality is usually appraised by its depth value in the practical production, the secondary development for the depth of weld line by Visual Basic6.0 was done,which can realize that as long as a depth index is inputted , the weld lines possibly affecting the quality of plastic parts's appearance will be displayed, Then it can avoid the wrong conception that the majority of users usually think the weld lines in Moldflow analysis results are the real weld lines in the practical production.
