Artificial lift in oil exploitation in China plays an important role, but it has lower system efficiency at the moment, and energy consumption is serious. The general efficiency of the system of factors and some appropriate countermeasures were researched, and based on the Block Sheng 3, the efficiency of the system obtained the main factors affect the motor, pumping unit, rod and tubing eccentric wear, pump and process design, and made to improve the machine efficiency measures taken by software design and optimization of different parameters to change the lift shaft efficiency means, in practical application of these measures have achieved very good results. Pumping unit balance rose from the 87.34% to 92%, increased 4.66%, and average pump efficiency rose from 57.4% to 62%, increased 4.6%, and average system efficiency rose from 24.6% to 28.2%, increased 3.6%, and single well can save power 14kWh, the annual saving power can reach 919, 800 kWh. Shengtuo oil for the characteristics of the motor, respectively, conducted a series of pumps to determine the optimal matching of the series, the whole plant to fully meet the needs of supporting the pump optimization, but will not cause too many standard models, resulting in some family problems.
