Block binshen 24 of dagang oilfied has characteristics of poor reservoir property,deeply buried,high formation temperature,high pressure coefficient,etc.The oil Product properties is poorer,after put into production,capacity falling fast and fluid for shortage,it brought difficulties to lifting process and late production.According to the well test and production situation,a series of problems are found,such as natural production capacity is low,the inside layer and interlayer inhomogeneity is obvious,pump efficiency of pumping unit is low,pump inspection cycle is short and so on,so,it is necessity to carry out the research study of the lifting process and related technology.According to geological and ever well testing production situation of block binshen 24,this paper analyses the current development situation of this block,combined the lifting process characteristics,choose a suitable lifting technology of this block.By carrying out flowing well production technology,flowing-into-pumping time prediction,pumping unit lifting process optimization and other research,we form a set of stable production technology which suitable for oil Wells in this block.At the same time,through the study of relevant supporting technology,we effectively solved the problems such as pumping unit pump efficiency is low,and pump inspection cycle is short and so on.The Field application results shows that under the condition of formulating and optimizating reasonable working system,stabilization production effects of flowing well have significantly increased;Pumping unit lifting process shows good adaptability on the scene,the application effect of optimized combination of machine and rod pump,pump diameter,pump setting depth and the production parameters of different production field are obvious;The gas prevention measures to improve the pumping unit pump efficiency,the lower part of the sucker rod aggravating technology,and sucker rod centralizer technology,all have achieved good effect.
