The first phase of the Sewage treatment project in Tianjin Zhongxinyugang located in Hangu, east of Hancai Road, west of Zhangjiaxingou, and north of Haibindadao, cover 7.0Ha area.The research is based on the regional work and municipal infrastructure special planning of binhai new area, it discuss the services scope of the project, range of receiving water at first. Then talk about investment promotion, implement the binhai new area function, promoting economic development, saving energy and reducing consumption, etc., to discuss the necessity of construction of the wastewater treatment plant.On the analysis of the present situation of urban water supply of binhai new area, after researching Zhongxinyugang economic area and tourism area's water consumption, calculate two regional wastewater quantities, used to determine the project construction scale. Through the analysis, and ultimately determine the size of 25000 m3/d to the Architecture, and 12500 m3/d to equipments; long-time size will be 100000m3/d.Through the analysis of water quality inlet and outlet, and considering the recycled water treatment and utilization, decide the outlet water quality match the (GB18918-2002) level 1 A standard.This paper expounds the wastewater treatment process scheme selection principle, pollutants remove mechanism, common biological nitrogen phosphorus removal process etc, and after the comparison, choose the "A~2/O + micro flocculation sand filter" as the main treatment process, and choose process of the sludge treatment process program, the chemical phosphorus removal scheme and water disinfection scheme.
