With the fast development of the industry of aquaclture in recently, the industryof aquaclture plays a great role in promoting for China's social and economicdevelopment. Meanwhile, the aquaculture wastewater pollution has become moreobvious.But now,the aquaculture wastewater treatment technique need to invest a lotof money and the processing efficiency is not ideal.So the market urgently need tocreate new technologies for high efficient and low cost aquaculture wastewaterpurification. This research is to use the system of gravity pressure filter-concretebiofilm reactor and the experiments of low cost processing aquaculture wastewater.Experiment researchs the system processing aquaculture wastewate in order toexplore the treatment rate and analyze the main factors and initially reveal themechanism of the system.According to the experiment, the following Conclusion have been found:(1) When the gravity pressure filtration processes aquaculture wastewater, in thewastewater, the removal rate of the total amount of algae, SS, turbidity and CODCrachieved respectively: around35%,69~78%and57~74%, around50%. And forNH3-N and TP processing the effect is not obvious.(2) In the process of the gravity pressure filtration device to deal withaquaculture wastewater, the different filtration time has a very apparent effect forwater flow, and other relevant factors is not obvious. So, through the continuousoperation and water flow in the pressure filtration device, the backwash sets infiltering aquauculture wastewater3~4hours later.(3) Through the experimental study of relevant factors, it is concluded that thegravity pressure filter-concrete biofilm system purification effect of the optimalscheme is:Filtering time is3~4hours, HRT is about3hours, returning flow80L/haround, Aeration way is the aeration2hours and stop blasting1hour,the temperatureof around25degrees.(4) Based on the preliminary analysis of the purifying mechanism and thematerial balance relationship in the concrete bio-film reactor, it is concluded the concrete bio-film reactor in wastewater on substrate degradation kinetics equation.When the substrate concentration is not high, the substrate degradation kinetics is afirst dynamic response.
